Calendar

Find out how to see your Lessons laid out by date, in your own timezone.

Written by Raashi Thakran

The Calendar gives you a visual overview of your upcoming and past Lessons, making it easy to see your schedule at a glance.

Viewing your Calendar

Select Calendar from the left-hand navigation to open your schedule. The Calendar displays all the Lessons you are assigned to as a Tutor.

You can switch between different views (day, week, month) depending on how much detail you need.

Lessons are shown in the color of the Course they belong to, so a week with several Courses in it is easy to read at a glance.

If your agency uses in-person recording, the Calendar has a Delivery filter so you can show only online or only in-person Lessons.

Times are shown in your own timezone. If you teach Students in other countries, you don't need to convert anything.

Adding Lessons to your own calendar

Bobbin's emails about an upcoming Lesson include a calendar invite you can add to Google Calendar, Outlook or similar. If the Lesson is moved or canceled, the invite updates itself, and if you're taken off a Lesson or its Course is deleted, the invite is withdrawn.

Teaching for more than one agency

If you work with more than one agency that uses Bobbin, your Calendar shows the Lessons from all of them together. To see one agency's Lessons at a time, use the organization filter. See Working with more than one agency.

Viewing a Lesson on the Calendar

Clicking on any Lesson in the Calendar opens the Lesson detail page, where you can access the Lesson Plan, join the space, view insights, or complete the Lesson Report.

If a Lesson is moved or called off, the Calendar updates with it, and your agency can have Bobbin email you about the change.
