The Calendar gives you a date view of your Students' Lessons, so you can see at a glance what's coming up and when.
Viewing your Calendar
From the navigation menu on the left, open the Calendar. It shows the Lessons for the Students linked to your account, arranged by date and time. You can move between dates to look ahead at upcoming Lessons or back over ones that have already taken place.
The Calendar shows the same Lessons as the Lessons page — it's simply another way to view them, laid out on a calendar rather than as a list. You can use whichever you find easier.
Each Lesson appears in the color of the Course it belongs to, which makes a busy week easier to read if your Student takes more than one subject. If you have several Students, all of their Lessons appear together.
Times are shown in your own timezone, so there's nothing to work out if your Student's Tutor is somewhere else.
Opening a Lesson
Click any Lesson in the Calendar to open it. From there you can see its details and, once the Lesson is complete, read the Lesson Report and insights — exactly as you would from the Lessons page.
If a Lesson is moved or called off, the Calendar updates to match, and your tutoring provider can have Bobbin email you when that happens.
Note: If a Lesson looks like it's on the wrong date or time, or one you expected is missing, contact your tutoring provider — they manage scheduling and can check it for you.
