The Calendar gives you a visual overview of your upcoming and past Lessons, making it easy to see your schedule at a glance.

Select Calendar from the left-hand navigation to open your schedule. The Calendar displays all the Lessons you are assigned to as a Tutor.

You can switch between different views (day, week, month) depending on how much detail you need.

Lessons are shown in the color of the Course they belong to, so a week with several Courses in it is easy to read at a glance.

Times are shown in your own timezone. If you teach Students in other countries, you don't need to convert anything.

If you work with several organizations that use Bobbin, your Calendar shows the Lessons for the agency you're currently in, not all of them at once. Switch agency to see the rest — your choice sticks as you move around the app.

Clicking on any Lesson in the Calendar opens the Lesson detail page, where you can access the Lesson Plan, join the space, view insights, or complete the Lesson Report.

If a Lesson is moved or called off, the Calendar updates with it, and your agency can have Bobbin email you about the change.
